In preparation for the municipal elections in October 2023, and in collaboration with other feminist organizations, Nivcharot conceived a Zoom workshop designed to provide women the tools and knowledge they need to run in these elections. The four-session workshop, which took place during the month of June, focused on building a staff, creating a campaign and organizing field work. Speakers included Hadar Aloni, communications and strategy consultant, Sharon Rupa Ofir, former journalist and member of the Tivon City Council, and Moti Franco, acting mayor and deputy mayor of Ba'er Ya'akov.
